I know it's hard to hire these days but they have to find a way to get over the hump here or this will simply continue as the associates there won't want to work in this environment.

I didn’t say anything about no tomato spread but guess what? That’s not on there either. I used to stop by frequently and had no issues. You messed my order up two times in a row. I don’t even know if I want to come back. Not to mention the purple hair lady was rude the last time I was there. She was in a good mood this time around though. I’m just frustrated. It’s a simple matter of listening and maybe repeating the order back. And maybe it’s the cooks fault but twice In a row?? Sheesh.
