Every time I go to this specific location, I am reminded as to why I do not go to this Dunkin. They always screw up my coffee. I’ve never had any issues at any other Dunkin getting the coffee the way that I like. But every single time that I go here, it takes 20 minutes to get my coffee and it’s always disappointing. It’s unfortunately, just convenient on the way to work. But I think I’ve decided that I will go the extra few miles and go to an actual Dunkin that will get my coffee order correct every time.
- APAshley PJan 10, 20261.0dunkin has always been my go to place, i went there today and ordered a matcha. the service was okay but some remarks were made but i figured we would let that go. this is the drink that was given to me, it has a horrible weird film on the bottom and the matcha wasn’t even mixed. it’s like they just threw it all in and gave it to me. i’m extremely disappointed with how this turned out being as i pay with my own money for this!!!

The people here are nice and they treat us customers well and dont deserve that kind of treatment.... Sounds like a hostile work environment... Please do something about it...

Pulled them apart as I left the drive thru and yep nothing in them!!! I love spending money on something that’s getting thrown away.
