  Takes forever. We waited at the drive thru for 20 minutes and weren't even acknowledged by anyone.

  I always enjoy walking into Einstein Bros. Bagels. I know I will be greeted by name by the wonderful staff, enjoy a delicious bagel, sandwich, beverage or whatever I order, and relax in an inviting atmosphere. A special shout-out to Eric, Nicole and their staff for focusing on customer satisfaction!

  Drove thru early morning. Woman was very nice. Fast service. Never been in the store but the drive thru is nice and handy.

  UPDATE...Someone from the company called me, leaving a voicemail to call them back. I did over a week ago, leaving him a message and never heard from them again. Great bagel and shmear. Only complaint is they say they have green or black hot tea when you ask, but don't let you know the green tea is citrus flavored with ginkgo in it. Glad I read the tea bag package before I opened it, because my medication interacts with ginkgo. The staff member switched it to their Earl Gray. Would recommend this is revealed to consumers when they place their order instead of making them think it is regular green tea. Someone with an allergy to it could end up in a potentially more serious situation than mine would have been.

  My service here was excellent. The man taking my order was extremely nice and he recommend the cinnamon sugar bagel, which that was a very good recommendation. I also got a cheddar jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and I will be back for another. The quality of the bagels is very good. The man making my food was very kind, as well. He made my order very quickly and walked my bag over to me. Highly recommend this location for some good food and great service.
