  Refused to serve us because there were too many of us, there were 12 of us. Rude, will never be back here again. Also locked their lobby early once they saw the bus pull in. Do not eat here. Rude and dirty, like actually horrible.

  20 minutes for literally one happy meal. Awful service. Honestly just do a full staff rebuild and hire people that can actually work

  Placed a to go order on the kiosk. Ordered two burgers, large fries and a milk shake. I paid through the kiosk. When the order came up, they only called our number. Nothing else was said. I looked in the bag in the car and there were no fries. When I returned to tell them, the worker said “We don’t have any fries.” I saw the manager and he refunded my money but at no time did anyone say before that there were no fries. No signs on the kiosk or anywhere else.
