  One star not for the establishment but simply the customers you serve. Your customers are habitually too incompetent to understand that they cannot be blocking traffic on the main road just because they want a coffee and your drive thru line is full. Since this has been going on for ages, they deserve the hate. And trust me, I'm not the only one who feels this way.

  The drinks are never filled, they’re always too sweet and just nasty. If I order a Large Cappuccino I’ll get half a cup. Large Latte, half a cup. Sandwiches are nasty. Donuts are nasty. I’ve given it multiple chances and I give up.

  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! The worker's taking drive through orders always have the absolute worst attitude. There was a miscommunication on what vanilla I wanted in my cold brew so I sat at the window just to take a sip & make sure the miscommunication was cleared up. I hear the white lady with the brown hair in a ponytail say “I don’t know why they sit at the window & drink their drink” & several workers looked at me weird after she said thus, confirming she was talking about ME the paying customer. I just don't understand why the workers here are beyond rude & the business refuses to do anything about it.

  THIS LOCATION SUCKS. The service I get here actually makes me think all of the Dunkin locations suck. Today at 12pm I pulled in the drive through and was deciding on what I wanted to get. I did not get a “Hi” or “Hello” but was just asked what I wanted to order. I said I needed a second. I was then asked again 3 more times. I obviously would have spoken up if I was ready to order. I don't understand why I was rushed! So in a rush I ordered a drink the Toxic Latte without having enough time to review their menu and see if i could find a drink that sounds appealing to me. So, I get my drink take a sip and it is disgusting to me. I pull back in the drive through and explain that I don't like the drink & asked if there was anyway I could have a replacement. The older manager was very rude and slammed the window on me and told me no she couldn't replace it she stated she can only remake it. I did not want a remake of the same drink because if it was made correctly how it should've been it would taste exactly the same. I asked for a refund and they at first refused but then said “YOU'LL JUST LEAVE EMPTY HANDED” I mean obviously I wasn't going keep the drink for a re-fund or re-placement. So I hand the drink back which I find it unsanitary they would even take it back & got my refund. No apologies what so ever for the bad attitudes and I was NOT satisfied with this solution.
