  I’d give 0 stars if I could. I placed the order for pick up and they made me get out in a pouring down rain and grab my order from the lobby instead of just giving it to me through the window.

  I've been coming here long enough to finally want to leave this review. Mind you, this place is VERY hit or miss. Even if you get to this place at a GOOD TIME, you can STILL potentially be one of the last people to get your food. It's absolute chaos in the back behind the scenes if they get hit with a line out of nowhere, everything is super disorganized, and you're lucky if you get what you ordered half the time. I remember going through the drive thru years ago and going home because I hadn't noticed it right away that my bun was STALE as can be. I absolutely should've went back and said something but I had other stuff going on that day. Half the time you tell them no pickles and they will still give you pickles. I also got somebody else's order as well that had chicken nuggets in it when I myself ordered the new Big Arch burger, which you know, of course still had pickles on it after I said no pickles. Avoid this location if you can and go to Wendy's across the plaza from them. There is NO GUARANTEE that you will get what you order if they get even the tiniest bit busy.

  Should just close location. Terrible in every category. Milkshake machine cant be broken every week.

  The food here is perfectly fine, it's McDonald's. The issues here are with the staff, I've never seen a drive thru that's constantly as long as this one is, and every single time I try to use it I have to pull into a spot to wait for my food instead of getting it at the window, but that's honestly not the biggest issue here. My wife and I have now experienced two times where we went in to get our food and the employees were screaming and swearing at the top of their lungs. The first time it happened, one of their employees was actually trying to get someone to go outside and fight them, no idea if the other person was an employee or a customer, but it made me uncomfortable and another customer left without her food. The second time one of the employees was swearing about one of the customers being difficult and talking about how they should have used birth control, but in a much nastier way I won't type here. The employees are out of control here and management clearly can't do anything about it. We filed complaints about both issues and never received any sort of follow up.

  You know its bad when you walk in at 10pm place an order for $40 and at 11:15pm finally get it
