  Kennedy has the worst fast food joint in all of Pittsburgh. It’s so bad. So so bad. Don’t come to Kennedy for fast food. Drive to Robinson or Bellevue. One time, my mom got those bacon fry things. Burnt. Like the entire thing burnt. We still don’t know how they managed it. Fries never salted, burgers always dry. The one thing they have over McDonald’s and Taco Bell here is they do actually do their job. Just the food is bad. They also just sometimes refuse to fix things and literally just go “want a refund?” And never to remake which honestly is funny but at the same time…. Wow. Probably the better of the three in Kennedy, but not worth the money. It’s always the busiest for a reason, because at least they don’t make you wait forever. But the food is never good. That’s why service is rated a 3, but everything else a 1.

  Lately every time I try to order from this location on my way home from work they claim they are out of anything I order. I was so hungry one day last week and this was the only place open so I bribed them with $20 to complete my order and all the sudden they had what I wanted. So disappointing, this used to be my go to spot after a long day at work. Tonight I tried to order multiple things over an hour before closing time and they still claimed they were out of anything I tried to order.

  Worst Wendy’s around I went for a large vanilla frosty and it should have been like four dollars but they didn’t give me a receipt and turns out next day look at my transactions they charged me 31 dollars. So I went back to the restaurant where the manager I’m assuming was bobbing her head at me giving me attitude about how she can’t print the receipt or give me a refund and told me I HAD to dispute it with my bank. I then ask for a note from her saying she can’t do the refund so I have it in case my bank needed it and she gave me attitude saying I won’t need it and my bank shouldn’t require that. The fact that I needed it or not doesn’t matter it’s the fact I wanted it in case my bank needed proof of them not refunding me. I will never be returning to this Wendy’s and I advise no one to go here. Route 60 Wendy’s has much better service.

  Restaurant was filled with smoke. The girl at the counter was nice but we had to ask someone to come to the counter. Although everyone was friendly, the bun was stale and the burger was clearly cooked a while ago.

  Very disapointed with experience here.Food took forever and when I got home it was horrible.Chicken in cobb salad was gray and spoiled.The burgers and chile were not good eithor.Buns were stale and after a few hours my whole family had cramps and diarreah.Please avoid this location.Its filthy dirty inside and no one cares.
