  Yet another McDonalds that will park you for a while for not using the app while driving. You will go through drive through the go the what I call “The penalty box”. You will wait and watch others get their food that arrived behind you. I guess using their app while driving should be considered an exemption to the law.

  always dont give me what i ordered or items are completely missing. been going to this mcdonalds for years and this always happens with every order dont come here. wont even give me a refund.

  Is this a big Mac? There was no lettuce, special sauce, cheese... nothing. I would post a picture but it won't let me post one on Google Reviews for some reason

  This location is pretty awful, from the moment you go through the drive-through to order you are immediately met with agitation and attitude, same bc thing with at the windows. after opening my order, I found a beard hair inside of my sandwich, a nugget that was just a blob of the bottom of the fryer which was so crispy that it was completely inedible. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location…

  VERY DISAPPOINTED. I recommend that we ALL QUIT accepting sub par service and sub par, so called food in exchange for our hard earned $. I placed this order b/c an elderly neighbor requested a McDonald's milkshake. I added two quarter pounders to the order as I thought it would be nice to share lunch with her. The quarter pounders were inedible. The buns and meat were so tough that neither of us could eat it. She resorted to a knife and fork to saw through hers and left most of it. I was embarrassed to have provided her with this sub par meal. When you you go to McDonald's you don't expect fine dining, but at the least, you expect a standard hamburger. When I called for a refund, the management was polite and offered to replace the meal, or we could come back in , in person, for a refund. No thanks. I won't be returning... not even for a refund.
