  I usually pick Wendy's over the other fast food chains because I like it better. But I might have to pass in the future for this location. I went to this location today Friday February 27th 2026 a little bit before 9:00pm. All I asked was for was a drink with no ice. I had to repeat it twice because I don't think they heard me over the intercom (I'm guessing faulty headphones?) anyways I get to the window and the drink had ice in it. Told the lady at the window that I asked for no ice, and she said "that's not on the order" so obviously at this point I'm just a little bit frustrated but I didn't want to make a huge deal of it so I was going to say it's okay and right as I'm about to say it and reach out for the drink she pulls it back closes the window abruptly, she does change out my drink I'll give her credit for that. So she comes back to the window hands me my drink, I say thank you and she closes the window on me abruptly without saying a word. Listen I get it sometimes we all have bad days but come on, all I asked for was for no ice and I wasn't being belligerent and I wasn't yelling. In all honesty I think I was fairly polite. But yeah I don't think I'm coming back to this location. I'm just tired of getting treated this way for basic things, especially when I'm dealing with a loss in the family.

  Why do they charge you for extra sauce’s? I got chicken nuggets and one sauce. Asked for extra they charged me. Unbelievable.

  Pretty good as far as Wendy's goes, but be warned that "Customer Care" on a corporate level will never help resolve anything.

  I have been living in the tri-state area for about 6 years. This is the BEST Wendy’s I’ve seen. Employees are amazing, kind, and respectful. The place is very clean (inside and outside), along with the food of course. The managers are very kind as well! Especially the nighttime manager! You guys are appreciated :)

  Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and pecan apple salad. Got neither got a chicken sandwich off dollar menu and a Caesar salad. Did not notice till a got home which is a half hr away. Need to talk to the help! No reason for that type of mistake. Only two items order. Pretty simple. And to top it off it wasn't even busy!
