  Sat in a huge line stairing at the 5 people behind the counter for 15 minutes before I decided to ask if they had someone taking orders. I was responded to by a very blank face employee no we have a lot of online orders. So I then asked should I just put in an order online? She said no and just staired at me. They literally let the line inside the store sit as they completed online order with zero acknowledgement for anyone. No eye contact. Its was almost funny. Terrible customer service.

  1 week ago I ordered tater tots with my burger. Had a real bad aftertaste addressed the issue to the manager him. And the staff thought it was funny and started talking among themselves and laughing makes you wonder not rating the food because it was horrible. The place looks like it could use a good cleaning

  Ordered the Cajun double burger and this thing was so dry and overcooked. I also got the loaded bacon cheese fries and the cheese was so salty like it's been sitting a long time in the steam container and reduced. And the lack of cheese and bacon on the large frie was crazy I was definitely given a small like I went to wendys. I live 40 minutes away from this place i would never go back. Almost 20 bucks for dry salty food..definitely not worth it

  Waste of time and money. 👎🏼 Poor workers are trying their best but for sure they lack training and leadership. Waited very long for a take out order and the burgers were cold and the fries soggy and undercooked. The whole place is very dirty. And greasy. I know I shouldn’t have order once I saw the place but I’m being on the road, tired and getting late with limited options didn’t let me think clearly. Definitely will not recommend and will never eat there again.
