  Terrible, show up in the morning and wait forever for nobody to say anything. Everyone was leaving pulling out cause nobody responded.

  As someone who also works in a drive thru I understand it being busy and stressful, but the staff was very unpleasant and just straight up rude. When I didn’t understand the specialty meal item the man just said “What” repeatedly instead of trying to find a resolution or help me understand that it was an adult meal and not a happy meal. Genuinely just seemed annoyed at my presence and when I said thank you, he did not respond what so ever. Again, as someone who also works in a drive thru I understand the stress and emotional toll it takes, but that doesn’t excuse being unkind and unhelpful. I spend my shift being helpful to customers to help them understand what they are trying to order not make them feel stupid in the process. Be better. And at the very least be a kind person.

  Ordered a cheeseburger. Took 30 minutes in the drive thru line. Then told to pull up and wait some more. After another 10 minutes I just left. Not worth it.

  I ordered breaakfast meals including a large mocha and a regular latte. While they were making my drinks the machine broke. They did not give me any alternatives or my money back, just an expired coupon that would have maybe been worth one of the drinks. I don’t expect the best from McDonalds but I also don't expect them to steal my money.
