The bagel was that hard i couldn't even chew it. The egg was cold. The frozen mocha was basically all ice with some milk. Didn't even taste like mocha was put in it. As high as the price is it should be at least made correctly. The donuts were basically all stale. Probably from the day before. Just disgusting. We put the whole dozen in the trash. Couldnt even eat them. This is very disappointing when we spent over $30. I am very upset because I love DD coffee.

I have been here before and ordered a whipped cream with a flat lid and it was given to me. I don’t understand why I can go to multiple different Dunkins and they can produce me the same drink with Whipped cream and a flat lid, but this Dunkin is unable to and refuses to do so.

This is by far the best Dunkin around the area in terms of friendliness and food quality. My drink is always made correctly as well, and I can’t say the same for other Dunkin’s around.
