This is where it all goes downhill. They put her hamburger and fries on the tray then tell her that they are waiting on her coffee. He had to ask 3 people if they knew how to make coffee and no one knew how to make it. Meanwhile the supervisor is out in the lobby eating and there's a worker running back and forth telling her what everyone is doing. 🙄 mean while my mom's food is getting cold because of the coffee they are waiting for. Finally someone knows how to make it and it takes another 4 minutes. Her food was cold by the time she ate it. This place is so dysfunctional.
