  Took a bit long, but was overall very tasty. We loved the smoothies! The cups for the smoothies were huge for the cost. Would definitely go again!!

  I ordered a tropical smoothie or my husband and my daughter. My husband wanted to pick it up. He has never picked up an online order from there before. This is the Manheim PA location. So he walked in and said something and was met with an attitude. It was if it's not on the shelf it's not ready. Seriously? He's never picked up an online order here, they could have said hey if you ordered online this is where you pick it up, just wait for it to be ready. He already told them my name and they're like if it's not in the shelf it's not ready. He waited and waited and waited, suddenly it appeared they never called a name or anything. Your staff needs retrained in my opinion. People were coming in and ordering and their order was ready before the order I placed and they got theirs first. And my husband was met with an attitude that was unnecessary. Customer service is key. And if the customer service is not adequate then I can find somewhere else to give my money too. This was a treat for my husband who is diabetic, hey absolutely wanted to treat himself, he has never picked up an online order before here and he didn't know what the protocol was to pick up an online order. Whether you're busy or not you should treat every customer with respect and if it was their first time in your store but he was met with an attitude which was absolutely unnecessary. My husband absolutely loves tropical smoothie, but was so put off by this interaction I don't know if we will return. As the customer I felt like I was an inconvenience, and that absolutely shouldn't be the case. Without customers you have nothing. I urge you in the future to do better and to train your employees to do better.

  Doubt I’ll be coming back to this location again. Tropical Smoothie as a whole? Love it! Other locations? Love them! This one? Too many chances… got smoothies from here a couple weeks ago and the chunks of ice were so big, you couldn’t drink the smoothie because they got stuck in the straw, and to that point, they were so horribly blended that my kids were sucking up chunks of spinach. Thought ok, one off, someone having a bad day, no problem. So we come again today. Was even worse, 2 of 3 smoothies were the exact same way. Only this time, my wife ordered a spinach and feta wrap (her FAVORITE for years now…) only to find as we’re pulling out of the parking lot that it is soaked in a spicy chipotle sauce… a sauce that isn’t supposed to be anywhere near that wrap… so we pull into sheetz, turn around, and go back. I tell the lady about it and she looks confused as to why I’m telling her there shouldn’t be chipotle on it… thank god I have a blender at home that could break up these smoothies, my kids were having a fit that they couldn’t drink them. Oh, right, and the food was not only wrong, but 15 minutes past the promise time, ordered at 10:16, promise time was 10:27, and the wrong wrap was finally ready at 10:42. Then he proceeded to had it to the wrong person too.

  Not enough people for Friday night, I see 5 people working but 7 customers waiting for their order. Trash cans so full it's just falling on the floor

  Where’s the meat? I ordered the Baja chicken wrap for many years from this location and then the previous owner sold and the new owners do not make the wraps as robust with ingredients. It feels more like a snack wrap now. This happened to me numerous times since the newer ownership.
