They completely messed up our drive through order! I ordered 2 happy meals with 1 only having apple slices and 1 extra fries with a chicken deluxe combo! The 1 was supposed to have apples and fries instead we got apples in each and no fries what so ever and after I had to go all the way back for fries and actually got to eat my chicken deluxe they gave me the spicy one instead of original which I have a slight allergy to so my tongue swelled a bit and I wasn't about to go back and second time! The girl that took my order really messed it up!

This store is SOOO undependable. They always are missing something from your order and can never get it right. I’d rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the next closest store and avoid this one like the plague.

My husband and I went for a bite to eat. We were dining in however when we went to try and sit down almost every table was dirty. Not to mention the trash area was disgusting. All while two managers were just standing there at the expo line. I believe one of those managers was Lauren. We will never be returning because if the dining room looks like that what does back of house look like!

This used to be such a dependable location I'd drive past 2 other ones to come here. I placed a mobile order for pick up on 2/21/26. Got there and was handed a receipt. I then sat not moving. Since I was still at the window I was able to ask for an update and was told "the kitchen is on hold."
I waited longer, once we got to 30 minutes I asked for a refund. Lauren the manager said they can't do it, I have to ask for a refund on the app. There's no way to do that on the app so I emailed customer service. They told me I had to go back to the restaurant.
I returned on Monday 2/23 to be told "we can't do that I don't know why they tell people that." I emailed CS again and they just told me "Please give the restaurant another chance." All in all I spent an hour of my time, lost my money, and got no food. I can't imagine the money they make just exhausting people and not making things right.
