This used to be such a dependable location I'd drive past 2 other ones to come here. I placed a mobile order for pick up on 2/21/26. Got there and was handed a receipt. I then sat not moving. Since I was still at the window I was able to ask for an update and was told "the kitchen is on hold."
I waited longer, once we got to 30 minutes I asked for a refund. Lauren the manager said they can't do it, I have to ask for a refund on the app. There's no way to do that on the app so I emailed customer service. They told me I had to go back to the restaurant.
I returned on Monday 2/23 to be told "we can't do that I don't know why they tell people that." I emailed CS again and they just told me "Please give the restaurant another chance." All in all I spent an hour of my time, lost my money, and got no food. I can't imagine the money they make just exhausting people and not making things right.

I got lunch and i am very upset. I found a long strand of blonde hair in my chicken nugget while i was halfway done. And they do not fill the fries up fully.

Stay away from this location 2nd. shift when the guy manager with the glasses is there.You can clearly tell he entertains the teenage drama and his staff clearly has no guidance of their job when he's there.Fries will always be cold and dry,order will be wrong and like today if you ask for new fries you'll get some out of control girl slam the fries in the trash and then throw her hands all over the place and rip her headset,all while the manager stands there watching and laughs.Simmer down girly and go home and definitely get rid of the bigger problem "the manager ".bah bye.🤭

Place is a mess. CLEAN IT UP! Cold food. What a joke. Update to review. The (owner) comments on your review m, with a BS link. This restaurant is a complete joke. I would not take my dog here to eat. Absolutely horrible. Store should be demolished. Absolutely disgusting. Complete embarrassment to the Community take a couple extra minutes and either go to the other location in Manheim or the location in Lititz. This store needs to be closed until it is safe to eat at.
