  This is a very clean and well-maintained store they have a very good selection that is well stocked the staff is very friendly and helpful this is our grocery store right now in a highly recommended to anyone in the area

  I'd give 0 stars if I could. Most of the time when I shop here I am highly dissatisfied, but it's the closest store to me. I'm done with convenience and will be going out of my way to go to another place from now on. Tonight there was no registers open, but more team members than I'm used to seeing. With no lanes open all self check out, and employees standing around talking to one another. An elderly couple needed help at the new self checkouts that are stand alone check outs. No one came over to help them. I called out to the group of employees not doing their job to let them know customers needed help, they all looked at me like I was dumb or something, and finally one associate did come over to help them. I put all of my items back one by one and left. This location needs better management and employees. Most of the time when I shop here I'm upset, yet have continued to shop here. This was the final straw I guess. So many employees on shift and not a single one "able bodied" to do their job.. No thanks. It's sad when you can say Walmart is better....

  This location fails miserably at training their cashiers. Consistently I have asked cashiers questions regarding a checkout process or needed assistance figuring out how to apply the digital coupons for checkout and they are never able to help. More than once I have been told to go to customer service for answers. Not just with these two issues but also with redeeming gift cards. More than one occasion I have tried to use a gift card there was a balance on it when I arrived because I verified before I went in the store the amount that I had left and by the time I was done with the cashier there was no balance left on the card nothing was credited on my bill can I get told I'm sorry there's nothing we can do to help you.
