    First time experience was the worst my gf ordered and had to pick it up between 3:55pm and 4 pm ....I waited for 30 mins. Acted like didn't know what they were doing food was cold and I didn't even get what I ordered... and food wasn't good well the fries that I ate smh

    Im originally from philadelphia, this checkers is 100 times worst than all the checkers in philly. Three workers see me at the window, no one acknowledges me. After waiting for 10mins I finally knocked on the glass and they just looked at me. Who ever owns this checkers, your workers on 1st shift are doing you a huge disservice. You need to clean house. Will never return to this location.

    Services is nonexistent. Especially when the employee with the silver car is working. - It is 4:50 on October 10/15/2025. Since I don’t have employees names to call them out on their terrible customer service. You can’t take my order, fine just say something. They just stare at you like you aren’t supposed to be ordering food. They don’t have to actually WORK and Checkers just pays them to be there & do NOTHING. You could wave at them and they will look back down at their phones.
