- CICarl Clouser III2 days ago2.0Horrible experience. We could not place an order on the app or online. Called them and told them exactly what we wanted and they shorted US 10 wings, a regular fry, sauce for the three piece dippers, two celery, and a carrot. We called they said they don't have any more Wings then they said they do but it would take another 15 minutes to make the wings. The sticker for the missing fry was on the inside of the bag. A big disappointment over the normal Buffalo Wild Wings experience. Edit: They gave me 10 extra wings and extra regular fries as an apology. I bumped from one star to 2. We will not return until at least June because it's a new location. If it's better then I will update later.
- BLBuu Lam4 days ago1.0Disappointing. We ordered 20 wings, selected 4 flavors. All 4 flavors were packaged in 1 single box with a divider to separate all 4 flavors. However, none of them were labeled so you have no idea what flavor you are eating to even decide if you like it enough to reorder it. Also, we selected a mix of flats and drums. We received only 1 flat for each flavor. So out of 20 wings, we received 4 flats and the rest were all drums. Seriously? Talk about an uneven "mix." The wings were also not evenly/consistently flavored. Within the same flavor selected, you would get 1 with way too much flavor and spicy, but the rest were eh. Wings were also overcooked and dry. My family was unimpressed. We were looking forward to something other than another pizza place in Manchester. Very disappointed.

We were looking for a quick bite but not “fast food” last time we went to a Buffalo Wild Wings the actual restaurant (the one in York) it was amazing, this on the other hand was complete garbage! Our food tasted like nothing but grease to the point it was inedible neither myself or my fiance could eat our food! It wasn’t cheap either especially to be thrown in the garbage! Don’t waste your time. Just go to the actual restaurant.
