Went here to order 3 milkshakes and mozzarella sticks. We drove away and looked in the bag only to find the employees thought it'd be funny to put COMPLETELY FROZEN mozzarella sticks in my bag and think it was acceptable to serve this to me for my daughter. Drove back and the employees were laughing about it as if its somehow funny. Completely disrespectful and unacceptable.

Always a good experience here. Just wish they had mobile pickup parking, because the drive-thru line gets pretty long.

We decided to try this place. First time. Went through the drive thru. It said that they needed to get a person to help with our order. It wasn't really that difficult. No one ever came. Someone pulled up in the other lane and it asked them what they wanted right away. So...I drove to McDonald's and got my food. So much for Checkers.

Corporate needs to seriously reconsider their business strategy. Twice the AI "assistant" didn't hear my name. Instead of asking to repeat myself, it sat there blankly, leaving me confused as to what I should say or do. I pulled around to the window where a real person was easily able to help.
I've been trained in management experience and I understand the person taking customer orders is CRUCIAL to the transaction. They act as a representative for the whole business and must establish a positive connection up-front, or the customer will view the overall experience negatively. When corporate doesn't even bother hiring someone to cover that position and tries replacing them with an unfeeling, pathetic, cork-brained AI assistant, they're letting their customers know they don't care one bit about that customer-business connection. The staff member I talked to was efficient, friendly and hospitable, but having a clanker for first-contact is a bizarre choice. I absolutely will not be back.
