- DRdenisa randolphMar 22, 20261.0I placed an order for delivery. When I received my order it wasn’t secured with stickers to make sure that my food wasn’t tampered with. I proceeded to call this tropical smoothie cafe because they were the ones who made my order. I called and spoke with an Indian male who insisted that he put stickers on and I need to call the delivery person. Not once did he apologize for what happened. He was very inconsiderate and rude to me. I would not recommend ordering for delivery from this store, for your food will not be secured like other food stores.

When I asked why, unfortunately I could not understand what the employee was trying to explain to me. I also requested half turbinado in the smoothie which did not show up on the receipt or the sticker applied to the drink. The restroom was filthy and I informed the employee that there were no paper towels. This might be the worst TSC in the area.

- CKChad KeetonMay 9, 20225.0Oh wow what a gem. Didn’t realize they opened one here in January. Best smoothie around, not even a close second. I get the Peanut Paradise and it’s excellent. Perfect consistency. Always seem to get watered down ones everywhere and this one is perfect thickness. Very friendly staff and very clean!
