    TERRIBLE, tell me why when I ordered a bowl the person who was making my bowl was spitting everywhere on the food and bowl. After I talked to the manager, the manager seemed like he didn’t care and didn’t even apologize for the terrible service. Also the food didnt even look like it was made that day. The only person who apologized was the guy who was making the mobile orders. Like are you seriously not taking responsibility for the mistakes of YOUR employees? The service in this restaurant was horrible please be careful with service like this.

    The black female employee preparing mobile orders packed the food with less portion, ingredient shortage & wrong meat (given chicken instead of steak in order) by mistake, refusing to admit her fault and framing customer instead. The hispanic female manager in front desk completely ignored this situation and did nothing. Yet when said "You'll get how worse review for what you've done" they began to beg you and try to salvage the situation. What a pathetic service!

    I walked in, didn't see my order on the shelf labeled, "Mobile Order Pickup", and sat down for about a minute and a half in front of the shelf. The girl running the register at the time (5:13PM 10/28/2025) asked me, "if I was going to be there all day" just for sitting more than 1 minute waiting for my order. Sorry for breathing I guess. If you want me to walk back there next time to get my food since that's where you're hiding them without doing callouts or indicating in ANY WAY that that's where you're keeping the mobile orders, put up a sign to do it. Looking on here I'm not surprised in the slightest that the top review before this says that they could be a little bit more people friendly. The order itself was made correctly and was great which is a shame since I'm never visiting here again.

    I don’t know why I keep coming. Paid 21$ for one bite of food. Staff is so rude and the attitude is terrible. I always feel rushed and judged by all of the workers. She tried to give me two pieces of chicken and when I asked for more she said double protein? I told her no. This chipotle is terrible.
