    I had to take the time to brag about the service we received last week. Carol is an absolute gem of a human. I cannot say enough good about her. She was a breath of fresh air after a long day. She was the perfect amount helpful and engaging. Her 41 years of service is seasoned to perfection. The whole time I thought I knew her from somewhere. We finally realized we had met her before at another Pizza Hut where she had been for a long time. My impression, I remembered, was the same. She had been just as hospitable and sweet before. That's really saying something. Carol is just a good impression waiting to happen! Thanks for the talk and stellar service this time and before. I totally forgot that we didn't know each other. Trust me, I was like 3 seconds away from asking her to call me. I forgot we aren't friends. She's a friend in my head. #carolforthewin #carolthemvp #whosonchargeitscarol #promotecarol

    This is the first time my boyfriend and I have been to Pizza Hut for the buffet. We decided to go to the lower Burrell location and it did not disappoint. It seemed like there was only one waitress, but she was flying around and being attentive to customers at tables and as more came in. The food was fresh, and they kept bringing more out as needed, never having to wait for food. We couldn’t have been more happy about the food and experience and will definitely be back.
