    I’ve been here dozens of times. I never really have an issue with food. Occasionally, a straw gets forgotten. But for every forgotten straw, I have an order that comes with two straws and one drink. So I really can’t complain… It evens out. I wouldn’t keep going there if I didn’t like their food. Staff is always friendly too.

    I ordered my food off the Wendy's app and I placed it as a "dine in" order. Whenever I got there with my family, we watched another family get their order before us even though we ordered first. I didn't think much of it at first because it happens sometimes. When our order was done, they didn't call us up to the counter. My husband went up to check on the order and it was "ready". The workers put the food in a to-go bag even though I asked for it to be dine in. The workers also forgot our drinks. They said that they would get the drinks for us, and they didn't even give us the cups to let us get it ourselves. Five minutes go by and we still don't have our drinks yet. My husband goes up to check on them and the worker completely forgot about the drinks. My husband comes back with our drinks, however, they forgot about our kid's drink. He had to go back up to get it and the worker got the drink wrong. We just left it go at this point. Plus, they forgot to add a toy to our kids meal. The restaurant was NOT busy by any means. Other than us, only three more groups of people (2 to 3 ppl per group) came in to order. The drive thur was empty for most of the time. We have had many problems with this particular Wendy's in the past. The most common thing that we see here is that they often forget items or they make your food wrong.

    Been here twice recently. Very slow service. Food was fine, but a lot of menu options were not available for whatever reason
