  I’ve been to this location multiple times. And a couple of the visits in recent memory I showed up just a handful of minutes before closing. And despite this, the staff was super friendly and professional, and made my sandwiches. They always earn a fantastic tip. I also treat it as my stupid tax for walking in at 9:25 PM. lol

  The food taste great, the service is good, but I think the new interior design is a crazy disaster. Learning about cancer risk factors can be scary, especially when these risk factors can be something as common as food.

  The noon staff here is terrible!! The guy who starts the subs hates his job and has the mannerisms to support it, the lady who puts your veggies on is a complete disaster. Acts like she's doing you a favor and gives attitude if you get alot of stuff. She didn't hear me on something and gave me the rudist "huh" I've ever got in a restaurant. The lady taking my money was the most pleasant by barely saying anything. The italian roll i got for my meatball sub was the very tough and the guy cutting it had to realize it when he cut it. Just a terrible experience.

  Went to get dinner with a friend at this subway, where we have had no problems with before. Tonight we were extremely dissatisfied with the one employee behind the counter, Monica. She was extremely rude and condescending to the customer ahead of us, who was struggling with ordering due to a language barrier. She was also extremely snippy at her coworkers, my friend and I, and the other customers that were there. Would definitely walk out if I saw her working in the future. Blatant disrespect like this does not belong in the service industry.

  I have honestly never been treated so rudely over a sandwich request before, especially as a fellow customer service retail worker, yall should be ashamed. Not even here to comment or complain about how my sandwich was SHOVED into the bag, straight up crushing the second half of my 12" bun and half the toppings to the bottom, but when I came in and asked just to have my sandwich rewrapped, whoever 'manager' on duty was, treated me like I was screaming swearing and insulting everyone in the shop, I came in APOLOGIZING for coming back in to make the request. I can understand from experience a rough day after some rude customers, but I have never been met with such malice and inhuman behavior. I truly hope you guys chill and have a cookie or something, get your attitudes fixed over a BASIC sandwich request. That's literally the job.
