  I would absolutely love to give a great thanks as well as an even greater review to the young cashier name Paige 🙂👍🏼 Absolutely fanominal customer service as well as being very helpful and making the McDonald's experience for me and my 11month old daughter easy and absolutely helpful thank you to Macdonalds for hiring excellent staff.

  I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. The meat was cold l, and they never toasted the bun. Tasted disgusting.

  I ordered drive through on the mobile app. It lags alittle so on condiments I just click click click. The lady asked with an attitude why I ordered condiments with my order and said she didn’t put any in my order and wasn’t going to. Who cares why I order how many of any condiments. The limit on the app is 10. If I want ten packets of ketchup and ten packets or sugar put them in my order. It’s not their business how much condiments I consume. It was rude and ruined my meal. It’s their business to fill the order not 1.not fill the order 2. Judge someone’s order.

  Melissa Moyer, and Caleb Poleto do a 5 star job. 1am on sunday march 8th, I was in an out quick, almost less than 2 minutes, and the food was fresh and probably better than daylight mcdonalds I do have to say. So keep up the 24hr hustle for sure! 🚀🔥

  This is supposed to be my favorite McDonald's, since it's close to my house, just a minute away. But... it's not. For the past few months, it's been disappointing. I don't know if it's the employees—they're not the same, or they're young and distracted, or just old and grumpy. About two weeks ago, I bought two Happy Meals and one Crispy Chicken Burger, and my stomach started churning after the third bite. I thought it was because I was really hungry, but it wasn't. For three days, my stomach was upset, and I couldn't leave the house. I thought about suing, but I'm not one of those people who are quick to take action. So I said, if this continues tomorrow, I'll have to go to the hospital and sue. Thank God my stomach reacted to the antacids... you know what I mean. Anyway, today I went again because I was passing by with my daughters, and they wanted another Happy Meal. And surprise! The service was terrible. The employee was very grumpy. The same girl was working two windows. And on top of that, they didn't put the dressing we ordered on one of the boxes. It was BBQ to go with the chicken nuggets. And they gave us something else. At the window, the 6-year-old girls noticed that the woman was very stressed. Maybe that's why they treated us so badly. And one of them said, "They should hire more employees, since we waited longer than we should have." The other replied, "Maybe they don't want to hire more employees because they're more worried about making money than taking care of their customers." Can you imagine? A 6-year-old girl realizing what McDonald's is: a giant company with tons of money. I mean, honestly, I'm very disappointed with this store. Quite the opposite of the other McDonald's we have 20 minutes away. I can't say anything but good things about it. The juiciest hamburgers. The fries are super crispy and delicious. The chicken burger is super crispy, juicy, and delicious. And the service is wonderful. It's my favorite fast-food restaurant. And there are always two wonderful older women working there. This McDonald's is in McElhattan, PA. I highly recommend it, even though it's a bit far from Lock Haven. It's worth it for the service and the quality of the food.
