There isn’t any care taken in assembling the burger so that when I open the packaging it’s ready to eat. The meat slides off if it isn’t carefully put together and I had to rearrange the whole thing. Kind of bugs me. Otherwise fantastic!

Never got past the "stoned dude" that others have mentioned he doesn't seem to know what he's doing, both with the POS system and talking to the public, with kitchen staff giggling like little kids while he struggled. After a few minutes of trying to explain what we wanted ( he seemed unable to understand our order). We simply left to hit a "similar quality" burger place at half the price, used a drive thru with someone who understood the ordering and food service process. TAKE HEED TRAVELER!
