Tonight we were extremely dissatisfied with the one employee behind the counter, Monica. She was extremely rude and condescending to the customer ahead of us, who was struggling with ordering due to a language barrier. She was also extremely snippy at her coworkers, my friend and I, and the other customers that were there. Would definitely walk out if I saw her working in the future. Blatant disrespect like this does not belong in the service industry.
