    I had my mom at the dentist next door, so I thought I would grab a snack at Arby’s. I went over around 10:05, and the sign said they opened at 10am. I attempted to open the door, but the employee inside (has worked there for many years, short haired lady, generally in a hurry and not very friendly) shouted “DONT UNLOCK THAT DOOR, WE ARENT READY!” This caught me by surprise, and I walked away. As I’m not even halfway across the parking lot of the restaurant, I hear her unlock the door, and as I turn around she’s staring at me through the window. I decided right there that there was no chance I was going back as it was quite literally one of the least professional things I’ve ever experienced.

    I was given the wrong shake by mistake, so I took it up to the counter and they gladly made me another one free of charge.

    My husband &I frequent this Arby’s a lot …however our last few visit were not at the least good!We had a visit on Monday the 19th ,2025.We waited for about 10 minutes for the manager to figure out why the register went down until she asked another employee to come help her.We then . Ordered and waited for our food.we both ordered the Ham & Swiss meal As I opened my sandwich I noticed a burnt smell and took off the bottom side of the roll and saw the roll was brunt to extreme!Why would you still serve this to a customer when it clearly ruined ?I couldn’t even eat it at this point..so my husband took it up to the front and they were not at all what or why we wanted another one???They did end up replacing it.As for the food,the fries are the only thing that is ever hot..not even warm ,never hot!?So disappointed in the service at this Arby’s..will need to find another place to support for a fast food meal!!
