  They could process customers through self checkout much quicker if the system. It takes too long to register that each item has been bagged. Good idea. Poorly implemented

  This Giant store is one of the nicer one's in the area. Wide selections in most areas. Wide aisles for accessibility. Healthy products in every area. Discount products near the back. Missing some cheese brands if I'm being honest. Employees are friendly.

  Giant Direct here is so frustrating. My order is either ready past the pick up window, they bring me the wrong person’s order, I have to wait 20 min after I arrive, or I have to walk into the store to get someone to give me my order. I’ve never had a good experience

  I honestly don’t know how this store has a 4 star rating. for the most part, a decent grocery store, has everything you need, pretty clean most of the time & whatever else, but for goodness sakes this is one of the most miserable places to shop. i’m not sure who’s idea it is to have every isle filled with someone stocking shelves with a massive cart next to them at all times of the day almost every day of the week, especially on weekends, when it’s extremely busy and packed but please make it end. it’s like you purposely inconvenience your shoppers because of how ridiculous & consistent it has become LOL. you have a robot roaming the isles for zero reason, absolutely no need for it, you have online shoppers who have zero sense of spatial awareness just leaving their carts in the middle of everywhere constantly looking down grabbing stuff off the shelves, all the constant stocking, miserable, rude & incompetent workers in almost every section of the store, stuff constantly OUT of stock despite people constantly stocking. good store on paper but sucks when you’re in the thick of it.

  I went to the customer service area to do a.Western Union transfer. I waited for 20-30 minutes to get waited on. The transfer was denied and the customer service people said they had no idea why. The sign above them read something like prompt and courteous service. I tried to contact Giant through their online chat and the whole chat service went down three times! How about that for "customer service??"
