Oh that was the second phone call the first one he hung up on me because I asked him a question about one of their specialty pizza’s…. Edit* Apparently Gary is not only rude but also a liar. Gary apparently is a manager I called back to speak with someone and this time around he was the manager in charge so good luck to anyone who orders from this dominos!

I requested a refund on their website. Got an email from the store saying to print out their email, bring it in and I can get a free pizza. I don't own a printer, and I only ever get delivery. So I asked for a refund instead. They ignored me. Emailed multiple times. Ignored. Put in another refund request on the website, got an email saying the issue is already resolved so stop asking. I decided I'm going to never eat dominos again for the rest of my life out of pure spite. I've been a dominos customer for years, bought countless pizzas. Never buying another one again. You guys lost a customer for life over a simple refund. If you screw up an order, own up to it and give them their refund.
