I normally try to be very understanding as I have worked in fast food. However, because of this I was late for work and my coffee wasn’t even made right. I was unable to pull out of the drive thru because of the set up of the location, so I had no choice but to sit and wait. I enjoy the staff I interact with there very much and hope no one is too offended. I have been coming there almost daily for the last year. However, I think that ended as of today. Today was unacceptable.
