Takes a lot for me to completely give up on a chain that I like. I'll deal with slow service. I'll deal with paying, then sitting for 10 minutes to get my food after moving my car so their window timer gimmick gives them good scores from corporate. But I won't stand for theft.
I ordered a meal that consists of a sandwich, fries, and a drink. All three are included in the price. I was charged the full price. I paid in cash at the window, and was short-changed. I guess when they stopped minting pennies this year, the feds must have confiscated every last one of them with the exception of the ones in my pocket and melted them down, as there was a total of zero coins given to me as change. Minor, so whatever. I was handed my drink, and then my bag of food. Naturally, I didn't check the bag, and even if I did, it would have made no difference.
Instead of the fries that I paid cash money for, I instead had a business card that was good for one free order of fries. I'm guessing they were out of fries for whatever reason. What I don't understand is why that fact was never conveyed to me - no sign out front, the person taking my order never mentioned it, the person taking my money never mentioned it, and the person who handed me my food never mentioned it. Even better, the card expires in ten days. But best thing is, it said on the card that it was only good at PARTICIPATING locations. Meaning, any location I went to could simply say they aren't honoring it - to include the location that gave me the card. Whereas, the cash that I used would be accepted at EVERY location, with no expiration date.
Sneaky, sneaky - take my money now, knowing I probably won't come back just to get fries before the card expires, and if I do, simply say you won't honor the card. I'm done. Hope that $2 or whatever it actually costs you for a thing of fries was worth it.
If you get what you order, the food is fine. The atmosphere of the drive-thru is fine, in regards to what the atmosphere of a drive-thru should be, I suppose. Taking my money and refusing to give me what I paid for earned one star for service.

Every time I order something here, I can count on the order being wrong. Today (11/20/2025), I ordered chicken tenders and a meal deal. The meal deal included a vanilla Coke, but I received a cherry Coke. The chicken tenders were supposed to come with honey mustard sauce, but none was provided. With 3+ cars behind me, I don't have the time to rummage through the bag to check the work of the employees.

HORRIBLE! Terrible late night phone service with long delays. staff did a terrible job answering questions about my burger questions - I felt condescended to and like staff didn't know what they were talking about (took forever to get an answer on burger cost) and then the hung up on me!
I'm thinking about COMPLAINING about this location to company headquarters. It was that bad! Keep driving to Philadelphia suburbs, where restaurants are better.

An employee named Noah is going against the companies social media discrimination. Fat shaming as an ex employee who was pregnant at the time anytime I'm in the store he's not doing anything but standing around talking . Also very disappointed in the way he serves his food ! I would like corporates number
