  I had people there today January 21st there was no help the poor person in the kitchen they were way understaffed so there was nobody to help with how you had to order highly disappointed ☹️

  Since this location came in we have placed quite a few orders here. EVERY single time they mess up at least one item in the order. Usually they forget something but one time my wife ordered a cheese quesadilla as a vegetarian option. When I got home we had a chicken quesadilla. I went back to the location with said quesadilla and told them what it was supposed to be and they got to work fixing it. Ten minutes later they handed me a quesadilla. I decided to check it before I left and I had a steak quesadilla. I once again told them it was supposed to be a cheese ONLY quesadilla. They once again disappeared into the kitchen 5 mins later I heard an employee yelling at a cook in the back saying "It's supposed to be just cheese what are you doing!?" Then she came and checked the receipt I brought back and asked if she could show the cook. After 30 mins I had a brand new cheese quesadilla and by the time I got home my food was ice cold.

  I love Taco Bell, but last night I was utterly disappointed. I had a large order, to feed 4 kids, my husband, and myself. the worker in the drive thru had no personality whatsoever. I don't even think he cracked a smile. He had us pull ahead; no problem we had a large order I understand. he never gave us our drinks so I just assumed they would come out with our food. they did not. My friend was also with me and had placed her order separately, so we were waiting for her order as well. when the food came out, we were missing a fry, and I thought we were missing a sandwich, so we pulled back through the drive thru to let them know we didn't get our drinks and that we were missing a sandwich and some fries. There was a different male in the window now, and he asked us for our bag of food back!! He went through our order with bare hands and was taking pictures of it. IT WAS GROSS. he then proceeded to hand us our food back and show me a picture on his phone of the sandwich I thought we had been missing.... the whole situation was so awkward and just felt so gross.... the people working were super young, maybe they didn't know better... but yuck!! By the time we got home our food was smooshed and soggy. super disappointed. super grossed out. he did replace our missing fries and gave us our drinks though....
