Very pleasant people work here. Always e joy interacting with them. Cashier got all my items processed quickly, bagged and all. That's why I keep coming here.

Horrible experience!!!!!!
I had only 4 items and was checking out. I handed the lady my bonus card which was on my phone in my Google wallet to scan. She says "what's this?" My bonus card... "This won't work, this isn't working". I tried the one in the actual Giant application on my phone. "That isn't working". I use the bonus card on my phone every single time I visit the store. Every time she scanned it, my POS kept asking for a pin like I swiped payment. My assumption is she didn't know what she was doing...
I then asked if she could get some help so I could use my bonus card to get money off and earn points. She said "Everyone is busy". Well, I don't care! I'm a customer so I'm the priority being that your the employee and that's part of your job duties. Meanwhile, I sew 2 people standing around, 1 being a manager. I yelled across the store for some help since she didn't want to ask and another lady came over. The original lady running the register said "I just want to get you done". I understand that, but I want help fixing the issue. The other lady just stood there. The original lady just stood there. I said forget it obviously because not a single person would even attempt to do some work, take care of their responsibilities and help a customer!!!!! Pretty pathetic honestly!
