When I first got to the window there was a truck ahead of me. He got his bag and left. I pulled up and they handed me my stuff. As I was pulling away, I noticed the same truck had gone back around, guess they forgot something in his order. That should have been my clue to stop the car and look in the bag. The over $8 chips and queso was only queso...no chips. So that was a waste! What I did eat was good. Check your bags people!
- ABAndrea BurgessSep 11, 20251.0Our family went to this restaurant to get some food and we noticed the steak was quite dark and dry looking and not very consistent in size. we asked how long it had been held in the hot pan. we also inquired about getting fresher steak. The general manager said it would take 10 min to cook fresh steak and insisted that the steak in the line was moist, and to standard. my husband used to work for Chipotle and knows that the steak was old and over cooked, just by looking at it. after my husband said he didnt want it she told us not to come back. extremely unprofessional. definitely not how Chipotle trains people to treat customers. The food was definitely not to Chipotle standard or any other reasonable standard. I would not recommend going to this Chipotle until the upper management is refreshed like the steak should have been.
