    Last three times I've been there around 9pm foods cold .. this time out of tea. Foods cold and yet again dudes more f Worries about being on rhe phone then completing my meal.. Couldn't even get sauce to drowned out the stale taste of the food and I asked for extra ... very upsetting

    The manager did NOT have a good attitude at all and was very rude repeatedly saying that he was “very angry” that we had made a prepaid online order and that he had do his job and make it. We put an online order through the app 15 minutes before they closed so specifically 12:45am, which had gone through. We arrived expecting it to be ready so we could be in and out of there. Our order was not made, and he repeatedly made remarks of how angry he was. We apologized for making our order????? He made up some excuse that everything shuts off at 1am and that it would be “a while” before our food was ready. we waited feeling bad, but given that excuse we expected to receive hot food. But our food was cold and his last remarks being “I did it 5 minutes. Everything should be there. Bye” shutting the drive thru door in our face. When we arrived home our food was made entirely incorrect. missing pickles and onions on our sandwich for our biggie bag meal, nuggets and fries cold hard and stale, apple chicken salad missing blue cheese crumbs and suspicious stale chicken. We did not feel safe nor comfortable eating our food, with the attitude and hostile treatment we received as well as lies as to why our food was never made. Our drinks were the only thing made fresh. I get how frustrating it can be for ignorant customers to not care when closing time is, but when you were given 15 minutes to not make an order and to tell us “it wasn’t meant to go through” as your excuse for not doing your job, then to not only be extremely rude, but to give us disgusting food as well as feeding us with a BS lie and excuse it’s pathetic. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING experience. We will be returning to see the footage of how our food was made and to put in a formal complaint. Maybe lay off the Dave’s doubles too manager you clearly have an open supply. A little self control goes a long way.

    This place is ridiculous. They got my order wrong so when I went in to get it fixed they made me wait almost 30 minutes before telling me “my manager said you’ll have to pay for the price of the food.” After telling them I wasn’t going to do that and that it was their fault they made me wait about 15 minutes before I went up to the cashier and asked what was going on with the order. She rolled her eyes and proceeded on to the next customer. She didn’t do anything until the customer said “no you need to help her she’s been standing her for 45 minutes”. They finally gave me my food. This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. It’s okay to mess up. Everyone does but to then not take blame and help resolve the issue is extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning to this establishment and I hope that they find people who are willing to give a better customer experience.

    Lewisburg’s Wendy’s has very unpleasant and unprofessional people working here. These are the types of people who really should not work anywhere near food. Eat there at your own risk!
