- JAJimmy AbgarianFeb 9, 20265.0My wife pre ordered for the Super bowl and I had already taken that into consideration that the employees would be backed up. When I walked in I was immediately told it would be another 20 minutes and that they were backed up. No problem Because they were upfront and it is Super bowl sunday so I get it. The staff handled themselves very professionally and there were some pretty impatient customers. Every situation I saw was Difused and handled professionally. The wait went quick everything was great and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the people on staff for keeping it together and staying Professional!

The order wasn’t even put in until we arrived and had to wait another 30 mins. Then we didn’t get our fries with a combo and the corn was horrible. We called and was told they don’t drop the order into we arrive.. Wait!! What?? Why weren’t we told that. Again this is third time, horrible service no apology no one told us the process. Why do you all even take phone orders without informing your customers of the extra Wait time

Every time I pick up from here, the bag is disgusting and covered in water/grease. It's not fair as the customers may think it's me dirtying the bag. Also, they have me fill up the cup for their drink. Not supposed to happen, they're meant to fill it up and hand it to me to deliver. So I'll be declining orders from this place here on out.

However, as a delivery driver, I felt sad and disappointed during my recent visit. One young female employee handed me the pickup order in a disrespectful way and dropped it into the services desk without any care. I’m also a human being just doing my job, and I hope the staff can treat delivery drivers with the same respect as other customers. Unfortunately, I can’t give the same rating for the service.
