This is one of the nicest Giant stores. Store is spacious and clean and plenty of help. They had so many cash registers open they weren't building up a line even while they were busy. Had a very nice man in the parking lot named Donald who worked there. He was so helpful with my cart, as my shoulder was injured. The bathrooms were nicely modeled and also clean. Plenty of organic options and healthy items.

Plenty of choices. The store is always clean.
I was there at a time when there weren't many customers, so I didn't wait in line for a cashier. I'm not a fan of having to check out myself in the self-checkout lines.

I shop at the Levittown giant two or three times a week I find it extremely clean I find the shelves very well stocked I find the produce department beautiful and I find the customer service staff extremely nice and helpful I find the staff in the floral department extremely nice and helpful I find everyone in the fish and meat department extremely nice and helpful all in all the staff members are wonderful the managers are wonderful I've called a manager from the other side of the store to reach something in the freezer for me and they have done it I think my only negative thing to say is I don't like that certain things are locked up will it get to the point that everything in the store is locked up everybody in the store is busy because they're hard at work and they have to stop what they're doing to come on unlock whatever I'm getting for me but all in all I give them a 99.9 out of 100
Also for what I buy. The prices have been coming down a little.

To the older woman running the Self-Checkout today, 1/3/26 at 2:16pm, might I suggest a round of Customer Service training videos?
My total was $50.04 and I inserted the 4 pennies first, and tried using my $50 Giant gift card for the remainder of the balance. After multiple 'bad swipes', the machine would not recognize the gift card.
No problem I thought and walked over to the woman standing at the register by the exit. I explained to her what happened and she rudely gestured to me, "Hold on, I'm handling *her* now" (gesturing to another Giant employee). Silly me for thinking the customer should take precedent.
After a few minutes, she came over and transferred my transaction to her register. She had to scan the $50 gift card instead of swiping it, then told me I still owed 4 cents. I said I already paid the 4 cents at the 1st self checkout register. She then throws her hands up in the air and gives me a dirty look. "Ok here's a nickel" I said in disbelief. Like, really Giant? Awful experience.
