  I don't even know why I even bothered coming back to this location. They are so ignorant here, it's unbelievable! I had an issue with the app resetting my order to the wrong order when I order it (anyone else having this issue?) When I got there, my coffee was black. I asked them to add cream and sugar to it because to what I thought my order had in it with flavor. I went to check my app and as I was doing that, the man gave me an attitude and was like "look. That's what it says." I saw the app had sent the wrong order so I tried to explain that and he kept cutting me off and was like "just tell me what you want." Before i could tell him everything that was supposed to be in my coffee, he walked away from me so my coffee wasnt even what i wanted at all. Then he had an attitude placing my coffee down and wouldn't even hand it to me and walked away sighing. I'm sorry. But it does not cost extra to have cream and sugar in the coffee to make it that big of a deal and I was still going to thank him for doing it, but he could care less what came out my mouth because it costed him so much energy to add cream and sugar I guess. This is not the first time I have gotten a nasty service from them. They are truly ignorant and don't care for their customers. Will say, my order was done within a few minutes, but my food was cold for me picking it up right away. I don't know how it can be cold for it "being made to order "

  Be careful of this shady Dunkin. They automatically apply a charge for their donations without even asking. I know it's only a dollar but, it's the principle. When I arrived at the window and asked the guy taking my money if they raised the prices he looked at me and straight lied and said yes. After I asked for a receipt I saw how they got me. Beware!

  Went there at 3:35pm on Sat. 11/15. Ordered my food and noticed on the screen a dollar donation added on. Never was asked to donate, just added. Pull the window and question and the girl says, “Would you like me to take the donation off your order”. You can see why I gave 1 star. No apology, no acknowledgement of wrongdoing.

  Went to this location 11/14 and the lady at the window was so miserable, every time you talk to her or say thank you she just ignores you. I got a brown sugar shaken espresso that honestly tastes like chocolate milk and a ham and cheese croissant that was cold in the center, for the price you pay for these items they at least should be made properly. I asked for a straw before pulling away and the lady turned away to what looked like yelling at other staff and telling them to “hold on hold on”. She gave me my straw and immediately closed the window. Won’t be returning to this location.

  I have been to this location several times. Drive thru is always crowded. Sometimes they dont understand what you order. I always ask for a TOASTED bagel with cream cheese. I repeat and say PLEASE toast it. It never fails. You get a warm bagel. Nothing like chewing dough. I finally learned my lesson and will not return. If you can't toast a bagel, dont offer it to your customers.
