  Came to look at reviews of this place because they over charged me $10 for a coffee and a donut and the lady at the window never answered when I asked how much the total was. Turns out I see it has happened to many others. Do not go to this location!!!!!

  They need training on how to use their toaster. Food is overcooked. Nice people. Nice atmosphere. Customer service is excellent. Americano is good. Just need to find the sweet spot with their toaster.

  The worst Dunkin location to ever exist. Unless you mobile order, they will over charge you significantly. If you ask for a receipt before you pay, the total suddenly changes & if you ask after you pay, the woman suddenly has no idea what you are saying. The older woman at the window has a very nasty attitude. I refuse to visit this location anymore, because even if you mobile order, they NEVER make it right even though it’s a very simple system to follow. Coffee is too expensive to be paying for whatever they feel like making. My co worker was over charged today - $18 for an iced matcha latte & bacon egg & cheese which is $11.21 after tax. Check your total on the app then go order it at the window & see what the difference is. Idk how this place is still in business but check your totals & receipts ALWAYS

  Worse experience ever❌❌ I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts yesterday morning and ordered through the drive-thru. The woman taking my order did not speak English clearly and kept leaving the microphone open while yelling instructions to another employee, which made the process very confusing. I ordered a medium caramel macchiato and two Wake-Up Wraps (bacon, egg, and cheese). I repeated the order twice. When I finally received my order, my coffee had no sugar, and the wraps were egg and cheese only. To make matters worse, I was overcharged $14.50 for an incorrect order. I couldn’t go back because I was already on I-95 and had my newborn in the car. Very disappointing experience. Wrong order, poor communication, and overcharging. I would not recommend stopping at this location. ALSO THEY DONT GIVE RECEIPTS 🧾 THAT WAY THEY CAN OVERCHARGE YOU!! WE AWARE. STOP BUYING FROM HERE ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

  I hardly ever wright a review but this dunkin is getting out of hand. Everytime go here I have a issue but this on tops it off. I was over charged for my order. I asked mutable time for my receipt and the lady acted like she could not under stand me after she spoke to me just fine before taking me card. She kept saying everything was fine and she refused to give me my recite.
