- LSLala SychNov 4, 20251.0This Dunkin’ needs serious improvement. My coffee came with no caramel syrup, even though I clearly asked for it. The bathroom is locked, and you have to ask for a key at the register — which already feels humiliating — only to find no soap (just an empty dispenser and pool of soap on the floor) and no bathroom tissue inside. The atmosphere is messy and uncomfortable — more like a busy market than a coffee shop. The “seating area” is just a few random armchairs pushed together with some huge box lying on one of the tables. Honestly, it makes you want to leave right after walking in.

I asked for a bacon topped avocado toast and 3 orders of stuffed mini bagels and when I confirmed that it was bacon topped she said no, do you want it bacon topped. And when I said yes, she said, "Thanks for clarifying" in a very rude tone, I assume she just didn't hear me say bacon topped when I did my order but I definitely said it, I just wish she didn't say it so rudely. Then when we got the food, the stuffed bagel minis were still frozen. I'm not coming back to this location.
