  we usually love chipotle. Was nice to have one finally so close but unfortunately we won’t be going back. The bowls were terrible. They were made wrong it was a mobile order so we didn’t realize until we got home. The chips were stale some were super soft and others were like chewing on cardboard. Definitely not worth the money spent. Won’t waste our time or money again at this location.

  I wanted it give this place a few weeks of being opened to work out any new opening kinks. I was still disappointed. Portions were smaller than any other Chipotle I've been to, as well as the quality of food, being subpar. I went for lunch, but some of the food selections weren't filled, scrapping the bottom to give me what was left, instead of refilling and the chicken was fatty. Restaurant was clean, some staff seemed confused with the line process, but were nice.

  I have never seen such small portions in my life at a Chipotle. Even ordering a side of guac which I’m paying extra for they only filled halfway. This is definitely from their training because I’ve had different people than the first visit and both times I was extremely shorted. It’s a shame because my business is close by this location but I cannot see spending anymore money there. The food in the picture is a bowl with pork. 💔

  I've been here twice and the front door was locked the first time, back door was locked the 2nd time. Just now I stood with 3 other customers waiting for over overdue pickup orders but staff would not look at us or make eye contact. One of the customers walked into the kitchen and grabbed his order that had been waiting back there the entire time, so did I and the other woman waiting. No one acknowledged it. Then on my way out staff began shouting at the line it was going to be a long wait for any food. What is going on?????? I had to enter your kitchen with 2 other customers to get my paid food???

  place is nice nice set up. Staff was OK very unqualified to do the job that they are doing barely put any chicken on my burrito. Then when I proceeded to ask for a little more, gave me a whole other scoop and then charged me for double chicken when I just wanted a little more wrapped my burrito to the point where it’s falling apart, then went to wrap it in foil and everything inside of it got everywhere in the foil and it was halfway off of my burrito when I went to go eat it food is decent will not be coming back train your staff better!!! got charged $20 bucks for what normally is a $13 burrito thank God for gloves, cause their fingers were all up in my food very disappointed had to go back in the store to ask for a bowl because of how Badly wrapped it was to the point where I couldn’t even pick it up and eat it will definitely be going to the other chipotle near Oxford Valley cause at least their staff is nice and knows how to do their job!
