They never answer the phone because there are only 2 people working after hours according to Tyler. And told me to come get the missing items tomorrow due to their maintenance. So why you are accepting door dash then?? Since the bag was completely sealed, those dasher can’t check the items inside of the bag. Maybe because there are ONLY 2 people working in middle of the night so they cant fill the right orders?? Food was cold, not fresh. They don’t even answer the phone!! Never again!!

The receipt and the box say light Mac sauce, Yet every single time it is literally soaked in Mac sauce. I finally said something to the manager and was promised a replacement meal next visit. Today was that visit. The manager was defensive and hesitant, even asked if I needed the entire meal as promised or just the sandwich. She never apologized or anything. Just threw my replacement meal on the counter and walked away. Guess how my replacement meal was: SOAKING IN DAMN MAC SAUCE. Unbelievable. Lost me as a customer of convenience forever.

Older --- Parks 3 cars for fries instead of just giving us our orders as they come through the drive thru window. Waited way too long as other cars went through drive through and Asian woman manager argues with me about being short staffed as she parks cars to save her times and deals with customers at the counter instead.
