Not to mention, I saw the repairmen's tools strewn on a table in the kitchen. Additionally, when our food was, after a long wait, delivered, they did not adhere to my husband's modifications. His crunch wrap was clearly labeled as having no tomatoes and no sour cream; this was not the case. Thankfully, my husband's preferences were just that--preferences--but had this been an allergy, this could have been borderline dangerous.
