Double check the order to make sure they got it correct. Missing food and fries were cold and they supposedly came out of the fryer. This has happened on too many occasions. My husband picked it up this time because I refuse to waste my time. Before something is said, I have worked in food service.

It was some old guy who always looks miserable and never says hello or interacts at all. Today I got some cold fries because I guess they were cooking the quarter pounder fresh which I like, but give me some fresh fries for damn sake!!! Also my quarter pounder still pink the middle which is concerning I never had any burger from McDonald’s that is less than well done. I think I’m done with this location, corporate needs to look into this McDonald’s and figure something out.
