  I called in to order a pizza. I end up talking to someone I couldnt even understand. Why can't we call into the store to place an order? When I finally got to place my order, they are out of pan pizza and mushrooms. Isn't pan pizza what pizza hut advertises?

  A general manager named Shawna is very inconsiderate to me and i could guess everyone else i dont recommend ordering any time she is working register shes rude to me and was once rude to my nephew she deserves to be gone im done!

  There's always an issue here. Half of the employees have an attitude and scoff at you when you dont tip. Today I had to wait about an additional 12 minutes to get my order that was already ready because three people couldnt count a register correctly. They wouldn't hand me my food until they counted the drawer, even though it was already paid for. Im a regular customer but it may be a while before I come back.

  Shawna at this location is absolutely amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. The pizza was amazing.
