  My husband went last evening about 8 or 9 pm. We did a mobile order through the drive thru. First, they were rude. Just an attitude fir no reason at both windows. Then they tried to argue saying we did not order food. Glad we kept the receipt from the first window. So, that seemed to cause an even greater attitude. We asked for a drink carrier since we had several drinks but only my husband was picking it up. They supposedly did not have any... Questionable after their rudeness. And, we ended up missing a ten piece nugget from our meal order. The food was not great. The fries were very cold. Bad experience.

  Was here for breakfast, staff polite and friendly, food was hot and place was clean.

  Order the full meal for two people via DoorDash. We got the coffees. The label on the bag had all the correct items, just no food. Only coffee. This McDonald's always forgets something, but this is the worst one yet. Serious retraining needs to happen at this place. Edit: the coffee was full of grounds.

  Every time I door dashor Uber eats from this location, I'm always missing something from my order. The food I DO get is always shit quality. If I could change the location they pick up from in the apps, I would order from the East Cumberland location instead. They always do a much better job. This location should be audited.
