Wish I would have caught our ladies name! She was so sweet, knowledgeable & helpful! I did not know subway has an app! Didn't know about the savings! She took the time to explain & also my order is a little odd and she was happy to fulfill ☺️ definitely our favorite subway!

I want to leave a fair review; though, I work in Food & Beverage and possess a Manager ServSafe certification, so some of my criticisms may come from my own experience in operations.
I’ve come to this location twice recently because it’s always been my belief that everyone deserves a second chance.
The first time I came to this location, I was served by a gentleman with fine customer service skills and the ability to engage in pleasantries, which is great! He does however have a lot of hair that hangs out from under his hat in addition to a very scraggly beard. None of his hair is protected by a hair net and/or beard net and it’s very much not food safe. I don’t mean to sound harsh but I do notice that he also has nails that are far too long for the job he’s doing and he has a lot of grime and dirt stored under his nails. While I appreciate the effort to glove up, it doesn’t prevent the spread of bacteria in other tasks he completes around the store, in addition to the things he touches to hand me after he’s taken his gloves off.
The second time I came to this store, I walked in to no greeting and another gentleman standing there cleaning. He did however not seem too pleased that I was interrupting his task and was not very kind during my visit. I was keenly aware that he made my sandwich after using cleaning chemicals and he did not wash his hands before putting on gloves to make my sandwich. I also was not wholly impressed by his “I love boobies” belt (and not a breast cancer awareness belt either).

Zoe and her crew gave an amazing service. Every time I come in to this exact location. The restaurant is clean from top to bottom, the food is very fresh. They always use gloves and take pride in making sure the guests get what they came to dine in for. I always come in and customize my orders to my liking and they always come out great. Thank you so much for giving guests and myself a great tasting experience! Much love!
