- JJJames3 days ago2.0Look im not somone to leave reviews or even complain because of my time working in the industry. But! I just spent $90 dollars and the taste of the food is the reason for the review, not here to bash the brand. I ordered a bowl with chicken. The rice, beans and fajita veggies tasted as expected however the chicken tasted as if it was cooked, cooled and then reheated, it was dry and the texture definitely reminded me of reheated chicken, far from fresh. Looks well seasoned but was very bland. Im no advocate of Chipotle, the only time they get your order correct is if you order in person and its the only thing in lebanon to compare QDOBA too. So with that being said, SAVE YOUR SELF the disappointment and order Chipotle. Fingers crossed they get your order correct.

I thought that was great guest experience as very little places do that. The only negative thing i would say is if im paying $20 for a meal I wish they wouldnt be so cheap with the amount of rice and toppings they put in the bowl. I constantly had to ask for "extra". Other than that definitely will be returning.

- RTRoby ThomasJan 30, 20265.0I absolutely love it here. The food is amazing. The service is great and the best part is all the extras that you can get for free. Julio has great customer service. He is very welcoming as soon as you walk into the door. Nicole is the one that prepped my meal and it looks amazing as you can see in the picture. She explained the menu very thoroughly and told me exactly what everything is. Izzy, who I believe is the general manager was very sweet and asked us how the food was and continue to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be coming back.
